Our apartments are ideal for single or double occupancy.
Each rental is assigned a private parking spot at the rear of our building.
Our rentals are available for a minimum of one month only. We don’t accept requests for shorter periods of time.
Unfortunately we don’t allow pets of any kind. We are a pet-free building.
We accept business cheques, bank drafts or electronic transfer. We do not accept credit cards or other forms of payment at this time.
Coin operated laundry machines are available on each floor. Rooms are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
We are located in the heart of downtown Cambridge, 5KM south of the 401.
No smoking is permitted. We are a smoke-free building.
All of our units are one bedroom and one bathroom, suitable for 1-2 people.
